How do I access the project progress screen?

1. Click on ¨Projects¨
2. Click on ¨Project progress¨

What is the project progress screen for?

On the project progress screen we can register all data related to the execution progress of work units.

The data in project progress is necessary in processes that will be used later, like certifications, certification invoices, cost analysis, etc. 

What does each field on the screen mean?

  • Open project progress

On the open project progress screen, we can select the project and the date we wish to view. If you indicate a date that does not exist, the system will identify this date as a new project progress date.

  • Chapters

Once the date has been selected, the screen will show us the cost estimate, so we can introduce the advances made, selecting the work units to be measured. 

First we will see the chapters, identified by the color blue.
 
 
  • Work units

Double clicking on a chapter we can access the work units. These work units can be measured to register project progress.

Work units are identified by the color pink.

Clicking on a work unit, and clicking on detail, we can add the corresponding measurement lines, view measurement lines from estimate,  and the unit´s long description. 
 
 

How to´s 

  • How do I add a new project progress?

1. Click on ¨Projects¨

2. Click on ¨Progress project¨

3. Click on ¨Open¨

4. Select the project

5. Select the project progress date

6. Double click on the work unit we wish to measure

7. Add the executed units on the ¨Production measurement ¨ column (Or on the % column, click on ¨View detail¨ to add the measurement lines)

8. Go back to the main screen

  • How do I modify a project progress?

1. Click on ¨Projects¨

2. Click on ¨Progress project¨

3. Click on ¨Open¨

4. Select the project

5. Select the project progress date

6. Double click on the chapter we wish to modify

7. Introduce the new units on the ¨Production measurements¨ column (Or on the % column, click on ¨View detail¨ to add the measurement lines)

8. Go back to the main screen

  • How do I delete a progress project?

1. Click on ¨Projects¨

2. Click on ¨Progress project¨

3. Click on ¨Open¨ 

4. Select the project

5. Press delete

Where can I use the project progress?

Project progress will be used in Project certification and Cost analysis
