How do I access the suppliers screen?

1. Click on ¨Entities¨
2. Click on ¨Suppliers¨

What can be done on the suppliers screen?

On the suppliers page we can register all data related to companies or persons that supply merchandise or services to each company being managed on

The supplier data is essential for processes that will be used later on, such as reception of invoices and allocation of costs, related to projects being managed on the system, and the analysis obtained through the reports module, based on information related to each supplier.

What does each field on the screen mean?

  • Supplier Listing

On the supplier listing page we can find a detailed list of all suppliers added to date.
  • Editing - General Information

On this page we will add all data related to the supplier denomination, location, contact information and default configuration of the supplier being managed with

Tax ID Tax ID number  Recommended 
Company Put a mark if the supplier that is being added is a company .- 
Individual  Put a mark if the supplier that is being added is a person .- 
Generic  Flags the supplier as generic, so that it can be used on processes globally without having to add suppliers for which related data is unnecessary  .-

Payment type  Specifies the supplier´s preferred payment type. Must be previously added to the system ¨General Configuration > Payments¨ Quick seach
Currency Specifies the currency in which we will receive the invoices. All currency types must be previously added to the system ¨General Configuration > Currency¨ Quick seach
  • Editing - Contacts

In you can add individual contact information for the persons related to a supplier being added to the system.

How to´s

  • How do I add a new supplier?

1. Click on ¨Entities¨

2. Click on ¨Suppliers¨

3. Click on ¨New¨  

4. Fill in the required information

5.  Additionally. you can fill in the following fields: 

  5.1 Click on the ´Contacts´ tab 

    5.1.1 Fill in the required data on the screen and hit enter.

    5.1.2 Now you can continue adding contacts repeating these steps

  5.2 Optionally you can continue adding supplier data by going to the ¨Branches¨ tab.

6. Click on ¨Save¨  

7. Optionally, once all main data has been saved, you can add pictures and documents using´s Document Manager:

8.Click on ¨Back¨  

9. Now you can verify that the supplier created is shown on the list. Double clicking on the supplier name takes you back to adding, editing and deleting data associated to this supplier.

  •  How do I modify, add or delete data from a supplier?

1. Click on ¨Entities¨
2. Click on ¨Suppliers¨

3. Click on the supplier you want to modify, and click on ¨Edit¨  

4. Select the tab containing the information you want to modify.

5. Click on a field and add, modify or delete data.
6. Click on ¨save¨   
  • How do I attach an image or document to a supplier?

1. Click on ¨Entities¨
2. Click on ¨Suppliers¨

3. Click on the supplier you want to modify, and click on ¨Edit¨  

4. Select the ¨Images¨tab  or the ¨Documents¨tab 

5. Click on ¨Upload¨

6. Click on ¨browse¨

7. Browse to the file.

8. Click on ¨Upload¨
  • How do I delete a supplier?

1. Click on ¨Entities¨

2. Click on ¨Suppliers¨
3. Click on the line of the supplier you want to delete
4. Click on ¨Delete¨ .
Observation: We can only delete suppliers that have not been associated to processes seen later on in

Where can I use the suppliers?

The suppliers screen will later on be used on projects and invoices.
